St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Parish’s goal is to provide the best experience possible for your child while they are in our care. We are providing you these guidelines so you can help us be successful. Should you have any questions with regard to these guidelines, please contact us and we will be happy to visit with you.
Pre-registration is required to assure an adequate number of child care providers and space.
Additional children can only be accommodated if space is available and appropriate forms have been completed.
Children must be at least 12 months of age.
Childcare will be available 15 minutes before any scheduled function/service begins.
Childcare will remain open for 15 minutes after the function is over.
Only bring children from your own family for which you have legal custody.
All children must be signed in and out at the child care site.
A parent or guardian must remain on church property while your child is in our care.
If you arrive early, you must remain with your child until two childcare workers arrive.
Any personal items brought should be labeled with permanent marker!
Medications may only be given by the parent and kept with the parent. Children should be fever and illness free for 24 hours prior to the event.
You may bring nut-free food items with the understanding that your child is not to share these items. We will only allow your child to eat or drink what you bring or water. Please feed your child prior to bringing.
For our younger kids, we ask that bottles be prepared, ready to serve, and fully labeled (we cannot mix your child’s bottle).
No baby food will be fed by the childcare providers.
