To register for Parents Night Out, complete a Parents Night Out Registration Form (right) and return it to the CDC Office, along with your payment.

TIME:
6:00-10:00pm
COST (per night):
$10.00 per child for CDC families
$12.00 per child for STA Parishioners
$14.00 per child for community members
REGISTER BY:
5:00pm on the Thursday before the Parents Night Out
WHO CAN COME: Children 2 years of age through 4th grade.
WHAT TO BRING:
A light snack, drink, diapers/pull ups (if needed), and a change of clothes.
**Children should have already eaten dinner or may bring it with them.
Children may also dress in pajamas, if desired.**
MORE DETAILS:
We will have 3 STA CDC staff members on duty.
We will accept a maximum of 20 children.
You must register and pay in the CDC Office in order for your child to attend the PNO.
First come, first served.
No spots will be reserved without payment.
No cancellations.
