Daniel Cardinal DiNardo is scheduled to speak at 7:30 pm Rudder Theater at Texas A&M University on Friday, February 13. "A Cardinal's Advice for the Modern College Student" is part of St. Mary's Distinguished Speaker Series. Tickets are available for $2 from the STA Church office or from St. Mary's office.
He ministers to the more than 1.3 million Catholics in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. Cardinal DiNardo was formerly the Bishop of Sioux City. He has been a parish priest and has worked at the Vatican.
Cardinal DiNardo is Chairman-elect of the Pro-Life Committee of the Conference of Catholic Bishops. He is also a member of the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant Peoples.
